This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Cassie's Events ("Provider") and the client identified on the invoice ("Client"). 1. Services Provider will perform mobile beverage services for the event described in the invoice. 2. Schedule and Access Client will provide timely venue access, necessary permits, and a safe working environment. 3. Payment Payment is due per the payment terms in the invoice. Late payments may incur fees. 4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Rescheduling is subject to Provider availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur fees to cover costs already incurred. 5. Liability Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by Client for the services under this Agreement. Provider will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. 6. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond reasonable control. 7. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Provider's state of operation. 8. Entire Agreement This Agreement and the invoice constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
